ADVANTAGES OF OUR XANTHAN GUM POWDER

1) Outstanding high viscosity and water solubility. The viscosity of 1% Xanthan glue solution is equivalent to 100 times the viscosity of gelatin solution with the same concentration, and the thickening and viscosification effect is remarkable.
