Product Description

Xanthan Gum is an anionic high molecular heteropolysaccharide gum in the form of sodium salt. It is made by fermentation of Xanthomonas microorganism, and then refined, dried and crushed.

The paste made with this product has excellent thickening and suspension properties. The viscosity of the paste has little influence with temperature, can be used in a wide range of PH values, is insensitive to the influence of salt, and can withstand strong mechanical shearing without damage.

The cream made of this product in water is bright, delicate, easy to form, and has good thixotropy. Very low dosage can produce excellent results.
