Product Description

 

PP is a polymer formed by addition polymerization ofpropylene. It is a white waxy material with a transparent and
light appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89~0.91g/cm3, It is flammable, with a melting
point of 189ºC, softening at about 155ºC, and the use temperature range is -30~140ºC . It is resistant to corrosion
by acids, alkalis, salt solutions and a variety of organic solvents below 80°C, and can be decomposed under high
temperature and oxidation.

PP Features
1. The relative density is small, only 0.89-0.91, which is one of the lightest varieties in plastics.
2, good mechanical properties, in addition to impact resistance, other mechanical properties are better than polyethylene, molding
processing performance is good.
3. It has high heat resistance and the continuous use temperature can reach 110-120 °C.
4, good chemical properties, almost no water absorption, and does not react with most chemicals.
5, the texture is pure, non-toxic.
6, electrical insulation is good.
