Graphite Powder:

Widely used in casting, painting, batteries, carbon products, pencils and pigments, refractory materials, smelting, recarburizers, destined mold slag, etc. The main products are graphite balls, graphite powder, graphite particles, and graphite sand, which are divided into 65, 70, 75, 78, 80, 83, 85, 88 grades in total, graphite powder, fineness is divided into 45, 75, 150um (equivalent to 325 mesh, 200 mesh, 100 mesh respectively)

Graphite powder can be divided into two main categories:
1. Natural graphite
2. Synthetic graphite


Among them, natural graphite has the following kinds:

Flake graphite

is a natural crystalline graphite, which is similar to fish phosphorus and belongs to hexagonal crystal system. It has layered structure. It has good properties of high temperature resistance, conductivity, heat conduction, lubrication, plasticity and acid-base resistance.
Flake graphite is a natural lubricant with a layered structure, rich in resources and cheap in price.
 

Classification by carbon content

For example, 99.9% of C% is high purity graphite; 94% C% < 99% is high carbon graphite; 80% C% < 94% is medium carbon graphite; 50% C% < 80% is low carbon graphite.

 

Natural graphite

is formed by the transformation of carbon-rich organic matter under the long-term action of high temperature and high pressure geological environment, and is the crystallization of nature.
