Application Features
1, High temperature resistance performance
High melting point: PEEK has a melting point of approximately 343 ºC (649 ° F) and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 143 ºC (289 ° F). This means that it can maintain good mechanical properties in high temperature environments.
Long term high temperature resistance: PEEK can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 260 ºC, and can withstand higher temperatures in a short period of time, such as 1500 hours at 315 ºC.
Thermal stability: Even under extreme high temperature conditions, PEEK has excellent dimensional stability and a low coefficient of thermal expansion.
2, High strength and toughness
Excellent mechanical properties: PEEK has the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, and high toughness. Its tensile strength, bending strength, and impact strength are all very high, capable of withstanding large loads.
Fatigue resistance: PEEK exhibits excellent fatigue resistance under repeated stress, making it suitable for use in components that require long-term exposure to dynamic loads.

3, Chemical corrosion resistance
Wide chemical stability: PEEK exhibits excellent resistance to most common chemicals, including strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents.
Solvent resistance: PEEK is almost insoluble in all common solvents and is difficult to corrode even at high temperatures.
